Uneaven Hollow Rock
- Lay down on the ground, then get into an uneven hollow body position. That means you're lifting your legs and upper back off the floor, with one arm extended straight back behind you and the other extended to your side.
- Pick a number between 4 and 6. That's how many rocks you're going to perform in the position.
- After you finish your rocks, raise your side arm above your head to roll over, squeezing your core and glutes to maintain your position as much as possible.
- Switch your up and side arm after rolling over. Immediately begin a new set of rocks.
- Roll back to your starting position, then rock for one fewer rep than the first round. Keep repeating and count down until you finish 1 rep on each side.
All you need to perform the uneven hollow body rock gator roll challenge is plenty of space to rock and roll around. Just make sure there isn't anyone you could accidentally thrash into working too close and you'll be ready to begin.
