  • Lie down on your back, knees bent, feet firmly planted into the floor, with your hands behind your ears.
  • Contract your abs, sit up, and throw a cross punch to the other side of your body, while breathing out.
  • Return to the starting position, and repeat with your other arm.
  • That’s 1 rep.
  • Repeat
